Time to start bolting the bits on.

More fibreglass work is being done to the body to mould it around things like the Handbrake and other attachments. Because we wanted the Weekender body to sit low on the frame the single Weber carburetor on the high rise manifold wouldn't fit under it. OK ! lets put a hole in the body and have it sticking up through it. Done. Now we have to make it look as though it was meant to go there in the first place. 

**Note here. I didn't have a clue what Bob was doing with the body around this time as it was always 'at the Top Gun Brothers painters' but I psyched myself up for red and was almost happy with it when I dropped in on the day the body came back. Yeah - fucking yellow which I originally wanted. Everyone at the shop managed to keep the secret to themselves for over a month. Real assholes but they got the effect they wanted. I would have been happy with red but am happier with the yellow.
